Fuji musician, Saheed Osupa will be the guest artiste during the grand finale of GoldbergFuji To Bam, which holds in Ibadan, Oyo State, on June 30, at the Trans Amusement Park.
Other artistes expected at the show include Taye Adebisi aka Taiye Currency, King Wasiu Ayinde and other up-and-coming fuji artistes alongside the current Goldberg Ambassador and winner of last year’s Fuji To Bam contest, Nurudeen Atanda aka Antenna, who thrilled guests during the semi finals at Solton Hotel, Akure, where six winners emerged.
The finalists are Akeem Okiki, Temitope Ajani, Twinzobia, Ejire Performer, Olajide Akanni aka Banana and Muhideen Adisa.
Marketing Director, Nigerian Breweries Plc, Walter Drenth, expressed satisfaction over the large turn-out of fuji lovers and artistes during the auditions.
“Goldberg is a lager beer that celebrates consumers and their traditional values. Fuji music enjoys huge followership across Nigeria and that is what inspired Fuji To Bam. The objective is to engage and connect with our consumers.
“This country is endowed with great talents waiting to be tapped and I believe that the talent hunt would be taken to other cities across the country and produce artistes that will take fuji music to the next level,” he added.
